Team Information
Captain's Choice - Four Person Teams
$360 team / $90 individual
Registration fee includes green fees, cart, lunch, two mulligans per golfer and prizes.
- Cash prizes for the top three teams
- Prizes for the closest to the pin on all Par 3s
- Hole in one prize of $10,000 on Hole 17
- 50/50 Cash Raffle Day of Tournament

► Door Prize Donation Request Form
- We are currently seeking donations which can be used as door prizes for participants in the tournament. We ask that you prayerfully consider making a donation to the tournament. Donations can be from an individual or a business. If you know of a business who may be interested in contributing, please let us know.
- We are looking for individuals and businesses to become hole sponsors for the event. The cost to sponsor a hole is $100. Your name or your company’s name will be displayed on a sponsor sign at the hole. All contributions are tax-deductible. If you or your business are interested, please let us know. (Deadline: Monday, July 22, 2024)
Proceeds from this annual event go to the New Hope United Methodist Church Building Expansion Fund. Future plans include expanding our current facilities to add education and classroom space, larger handicap-accessible restrooms, storage, and a larger fellowship hall.
